Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just give us a call or shoot us an email.
Your site is copied to a another location nightly. Even if the earth opens up and swallows our data center, your site and data will be safe in another location.
Other things to consider:
If you call us or email us, you get us... not an off shore call center. We cannot be held responsible for any Southern accents but we all speak English.
Webmail is provided with our hosting for free. Other options are also available.
Hosting a small brochure is simple and requires little support. However, if your site is a robust application, then you need a provider who understands, supports and is responsive to your business.
